Headlamp Alignment
Prior to adjusting headlamps verify the following conditions are present:
- Fill fuel tank and park on level ground.
- Load the vehicle to its normal operating condition.
- Push down on the front and rear of vehicle to verify vehicle is setting normally on the suspension.
Open the hood and locate the two alignment screws (A & B), and alignment indicators located on top of the front cross member. Adjust vertical alignment by turning adjustment screw "A" until bubble in indicator vail is centered at "0". If required adjustment can be set between .75° up to .75° down. Horizontal adjustment made by turning adjustment screw "B" until indicator pointing to "0" on adjusting wheel. If not pointing at "0", the screw must be within one turn left or right of "0" (one turn equals .75°).
