Headlamp Time Delay Feature Inoperative

SYMPTOM
* HEADLAMP TIME DELAY FEATURE INOPERATIVE

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- No response(BCM)/CCD bus failure
- Headlamp delay RLY defective-no toggle with actuation
- JUNC block defective-B+ jumper fails to light headlamps
- Junction block defective-fused B+ at cavity 1
- Junction block defective-fused B+ at cavity 3
- Junction block defective-low beam sense function
- BCM defective (low beam sense status) by default
- BCM defective (delay relay function) by default
