If heated seat switch LED does not come on with ignition on and heated seat switch pressed to HI or LO position, check that battery is fully charged. If battery is okay, check fuse No. 14 (10-amp) located in junction block. If fuse is blown, check for short to ground. If fuse is okay, test heated seat switch. See HEATED SEAT SWITCH  under COMPONENT TESTS.

If heated seat switch LED's operate, but seat does not heat up, check circuit breaker No. 2 (20-amp) located in junction block. If circuit breaker is okay, test heated seat elements. See HEATED SEAT ELEMENT  under COMPONENT TESTS.

Connect scan tool and check for Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC). If DTCs exist, go to BODY CONTROL MODULES - CONCORDE, INTREPID, LHS & 300M article.
