Removal & Installation: CLOCKSPRING: Notes

CAUTION:
Turning steering wheel with clockspring that is not properly centered may break or damage wire tape inside clockspring. Clockspring failure may result. Ensure clockspring is centered prior to installing steering wheel. See CLOCKSPRING CENTERING
under ADJUSTMENTS.
NOTE:
Clockspring cannot be repaired and must be replaced if faulty or if air bag module has deployed.
