Section 8 (Automatic Transmission Diagnosis): Identification

Transaxle identification code is stamped on identification tag located on side of transaxle. See Fig 1. Transaxle identification code may be required when ordering replacement components. If tag is missing, "PK" number, which is stamped into transaxle case, can be used for identification.
