Sun Roof Module: Installation
- Place glass panel in closed position. With help from an assistant, place sun roof module in position on roof panel. Install, but DO NOT tighten, bolts holding sun roof module mounting brackets to roof side rail.
- Align index mark outline inside of roof panel to sun roof module and tighten bolts. Tighten sun roof mounting bolts to 80 INCH lbs. (9 N.m). Install and tighten drain tubes and hose clamps to sun roof module. Connect wiring harness to sun roof module. Connect negative battery cable. Confirm sun roof operation. Install headliner and overhead console.
