DTC P0141: 1/2 O2 Sensor Heater Failure: Description

Oxygen sensor monitor will run during vehicle shutdown after vehicle has been driven more than 10 miles with throttle open for at least 3 minutes and battery voltage more than 11 volts. DTC will set when no sensor output is received when PCM powers up sensor heater. This is a two-trip fault. Possible causes are: defective 1/2 HO2S, heater ground circuit open, ASD relay output circuit open or defective PCM.
