Section 74 (Door System - Front): Hinge: Installation: Installation

- Place hinge in position on vehicle.
- Install bolt and nut attaching hinge to hinge pillar. Tighten the hinge bolt to 28 N.m (250 in lbs.) torque.
- Install bolt and nut attaching hinge to front door. Tighten the hinge bolt and nut to 28 N.m (250 in lbs.) torque. If the double ended stub is removed or replaced tighten the stud to 14 N.m (120 in.lbs.) torque.
- Verify door alignment and operation, adjust as necessary.
