Front Camber Adjustment

NOTE: When performing a complete 4-wheel alignment, rear adjustments must be made first.
  1. Camber is factory preset, but can be adjusted by replacing the original strut clevis-to-knuckle bolts with special undersized bolts. Raise and support vehicle. Remove wheel assembly from side requiring adjustment. Remove strut-to-knuckle bolt nut. Tap bolts out of knuckle. See Fig 1 .
  2. Install undersized camber adjustment bolts. Loosely install nuts to bolts. Ensure nuts are facing the front of vehicle. Install wheel. Lower vehicle and bounce the front and rear of vehicle. Adjust front camber to specifications by pushing or pulling out top of tire until correct camber is obtained. See WHEEL ALIGNMENT SPECIFICATIONS  . While holding bolts stationary, tighten nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
