Hood System: Latch: Installation
- Connect hood release cable to hood latch.
- Place hood latch in position on crossmember.
- Install nuts attaching hood latch to crossmember. Tighten nuts to 22.6 to 33.9 N.m (200 to 300 in.lbs.) torque.
- Verify hood latch operation before closing hood.
