Standard Procedure - Wheel Alignment
NOTE:
The front and rear wheel alignment must be checked and adjusted to preferred specifications with vehicle level.
- Correctly position vehicle on wheel alignment equipment per equipment manufacturer's recommendations. Perform a pre-wheel alignment inspection standard procedure. See STANDARD PROCEDURE under PRE-WHEEL ALIGNMENT INSPECTION.
- Attach wheel alignment equipment following equipment manufacturer's instructions. Align vehicle starting with rear suspension, then proceed to front suspension. Always set front toe last. Start with camber and caster angle. For wheel alignment specifications, see Figure.
