Compass Calibration Procedure (With Compass/Temperature Display Only)

Compass variance is the difference between magnetic north and geographic north. To adjust compass variance, press and hold C/T and US/M buttons until VAR = XX is displayed. Release buttons. XX indicates current variance setting. Press US/M button to select proper variance zone for your location. See Figure. Press C/T button to save new variance zone selection and resume normal operation.
