Flash Lights On Lock/Unlock

Option enables/disables front and rear turn signal light flash when RKE transmitter UNLOCK or LOCK button is pressed. When overhead console displays FLASH LIGHTS ON LOCK/UNLOCK, use STEP button to select YES or NO.
