When Monitored and Set Condition

  1. When Monitored: With the ignition on. The Occupant Restraint Controller (ORC) monitors the status of the Right Side Impact Sensor Signal Circuit.
  2. Set Condition: The DTC will set if a circuit failure is detected between the ORC and the Right Side Impact Sensor.
POSSIBLE CAUSES 
FUSED IGNITION SWITCH OUTPUT CIRCUIT OPEN
RIGHT SIDE IMPACT SENSOR SIGNAL CIRCUIT OPEN
RIGHT SIDE IMPACT SENSOR SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORT
RIGHT SIDE IMPACT SENSOR
OCCUPANT RESTRAINT CONTROLLER
