Battery Temperature Sensor: Removal

Make sure ignition switch is in the OFF position and all accessories are OFF.
Refer to BATTERY SYSTEM for removal of battery to access the battery temperature sensor. See Fig 1 and Fig 2

Disconnect electrical connector.
Remove Battery Temperature Sensor from battery tray.
