Intake Air Temperature Sensor: Removal: Notes

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2006 Chrysler Crossfire. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

The normally aspirated 3.2L engine has the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor located inside the Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor. The IAT Sensor can not be serviced separately. The IAT Sensor and the MAF Sensor must be replaced as an assembly. For proper removal procedure, refer to MAF sensor removal. (Refer to FUEL SYSTEM/FUEL INJECTION/MANIFOLD AIR FLOW (MAF)  SENSOR - REMOVAL).
