2 - INTERLOCK MECHANISM

Position the interlock housing at steering column. Install the interlock mechanism to steering column attaching screws (1). See Fig 1. Torque screws to 3 N.m (21 in. lbs.).
Snap the interlock cable into the housing.
Install the lower column covers, shrouds and knee bolster.
