Section 95 (Electronic Control Modules (Service Information)): Module-Gateway: Removal

CAUTION: If the replacement of both the Gateway and the Sentry Key Remote Entry Module is required, replace the Gateway first, transfer the key and then replace the SKREEM. If the module replacement sequence is not followed, the key information will be lost and a vehicle NO START will result.

  1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
  2. Remove the mounting bolts (1).
  3. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  4. Remove gateway by lifting up and sliding module back.
