Generator - Installation

1. Install generator.
2. Install mounting bolts and tighten to 26 Nm (19 ft. lbs.).





3. Install battery cable. Tighten nut to 10 Nm (88.5 in. lbs.
4. Connect electrical connector to generator.
5. Install access drive belt, Serpentine Accessory Drive Belt - Installation.
6. Install negative battery cable remote terminal onto remote battery post. Tighten nut to 16.5 Nm (12 ft. lbs.).
