Telematics Gateway Module - Removal





REMOVAL






NOTE: Mid level shown, base similar.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the instrument cluster bezel (2) Instrument Cluster Bezel - Removal.
3. Remove the switch bank Instrument Cluster Switch Pod - Removal.





4. Remove the Telematics Gateway Module (TGM) (2) retainers (1).






CAUTION: Pulling the antenna cable straight out of the radio without pulling on the locking antenna connector could damage the cable or radio.

5. Pull the TGM out far enough to access the harness connectors.
6. If equipped, disconnect the antenna(s) (1), RF HUB and UCI cables (4), video cable (3) and wiring connectors (2) from the TGM.
7. Remove the TGM from the vehicle.
