Adaptive Front Lighting System Module - Removal





REMOVAL





1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Locate the Adaptive Front Lighting System (AFLS) module (1) at the right front corner of the Power Distribution Center (PDC) in the right front corner of the engine compartment.
3. Release the AFLS module latch tab by pressing it toward the PDC.
4. While holding the AFLS module latch tab in the released position, pull the module upward to disengage it from the blade-type mount (2) integral to the right front corner of the PDC bracket.
5. Disconnect the headlamp and dash wire harness connector (3) from the AFLS module connector receptacle.
6. Remove the AFLS module from the vehicle.
