Pressure Sensor Installation

- Replace the pressure sensor (1) with pre-applied sealant to the threads.
- Tighten the pressure sensor (1) to the proper specifications. Refer to SPECIFICATIONS .
- Connect the pressure sensor wire harness connector.
- Check and adjust the Rear Drive Unit (RDU) hydraulic fluid level and bleed hydraulic system. Refer to FLUID, HYDRAULIC, STANDARD PROCEDURE .CAUTION:
Do not mix hydraulic fluid and the RDM lubricant. Use only recommended fluid to prevent damage to Rear Driveline Module components. Fluid must meet material specification MS-2155.
