Switch Test Codes: Notes

  1. Place system in Diagnostic Test Mode and wait for Code 55 to appear on display. Ensure that both air conditioning and defroster switches are off. Press ATM button and immediately move read/hold switch to "READ" position. Wait for Code 00 to appear on display.
  2. Turn air conditioning switch to "ON" position. If computer is receiving input, display will change to "88" when switch is turned on and to "00" when switch is turned "OFF" position. Repeat test for defroster switch.
