Speed Control Test Description: Notes

In order to provide a more useful title description for the following tests and graphics, we have abbreviated the title of SPEED CONTROL TESTS to SP. For example "SPEED CONTROL TEST NO. 1 - CHECKING SYSTEM FOR FAULT CODES" has become "SP-1 - FAULT CODE CHECK". This allows more information to be displayed while in the menu screen or while using the DISPLAY GRAPHICS ONLY function.
