Power Door Lock Test 11A - Right Door Unlock Switch Failure
NOTE:
Perform POWER DOOR LOCK TEST 1B
before proceeding with this test. For connector terminal identification, refer to CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION
. For wiring diagrams, refer to WIRING DIAGRAMS
. Perform, after each repair, VERIFICATION TEST VER-1A - VERIFICATION PROCEDURE

CAUTION:
Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector.
- Clear trouble codes as needed. Using scan tool, read passenger's door zone switch voltage. If RF DOOR ZONE SWITCH voltage is about one volt, replace passenger's door lock switch. If RF DOOR ZONE SWITCH voltage is not about one volt, go to next step.
- Operate passenger's door lock switch to unlock position and observe voltage on scan tool. Do not hold switch in unlock position for more than 7 seconds or code will set. If RF DOOR ZONE SWITCH voltage is about one volt, go to next step. If RF DOOR ZONE SWITCH voltage is not about one volt, replace passenger's door lock switch.
- Operate passenger's door lock switch several times from lock to unlock position. Release switch. With switch in neutral position, observe scan tool voltage. If RF DOOR ZONE SWITCH voltage is about 5 volts, system is currently functioning correctly. If RF DOOR ZONE SWITCH voltage is not about 5 volts, replace passenger's door lock switch.
