Leak Detection Pump

The leak detection pump is a device used to detect a leak in evaporative system, and to vent tank pressure to atmosphere via charcoal canister.

The primary components within leak detection pump assembly are: a three-port leak detection solenoid valve, a pump assembly that includes a spring loaded diaphragm, a reed switch which is used to monitor pump diaphragm movement (position), 2 check valves, and a spring loaded vent seal valve.
