Using Scan Tool

Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Connect scan tool to 16-pin Data Link Connector (DLC). See COMPONENT LOCATIONS  . Perform required operation to check input. If scan tool tone alarm sounds when input is checked, that input is okay. See INPUT SIGNAL VERIFICATION  table.
