Ignition Key Lock Cylinder: Removal

Disconnect and isolate negative battery cable. Remove upper and lower steering column shrouds. Place shift lever in Park position (if equipped with automatic transmission). Insert ignition key. Turn key to RUN position. Press on retaining pin while pulling lock cylinder from ignition switch. See Figure .
