CMTC Segments Fail To Illuminate
Possible Cause:
- CMTC internal fault.
CAUTION:
Always turn ignition off before disconnecting or connecting any control module connector. Failure to do so could result in damage to control module.
NOTE:
Ensure vehicle being tested has a fully charged battery. If it does not, false symptoms may occur.

Testing:
- Turn ignition off. Depress and hold STEP and US/M buttons on CMTC. Turn ignition on while continuing to hold STEP and US/M buttons. Release buttons when segment test starts. Do all the segments illuminate? If yes, test is complete. If no, replace CMTC. Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST under VERIFICATION TESTS.
