Removal & Installation

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Using a trim stick, remove left and right "A" pillar trim panels. Lift up on bottom outer areas of cluster bezel and along the rearward edge of top cover to disengage mounting clips. Pull top cover rearward until forward pins disengage from instrument panel. Remove top cover. See Fig 1 .
  2. Remove 2 RKE module screws. Slide RKE module connector locking tab sideways to unlock tab. Disconnect RKE module connector. Remove RKE module. To install, reverse removal procedure.
