Generators & Regulators: Description: Notes
The charging system consists of:
- Generator.
- Electronic Voltage Regulator (EVR) circuitry within the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
- Ignition switch.
- Battery.
- Battery temperature sensor.
- Generator lamp (if equipped).
- Check gauges lamp (if equipped).
- Voltmeter.
- Wiring harness and connections.
