Once a month check to insure the power steering fluid level is correct using the indicator lines on the side of the reservoir. The correct fluid level should be in the FILL RANGE on the side of the reservoir when the fluid temperature is between 50° -90° F. This will ensure that during extreme cold ambient temperatures the fluid does not fall below the ADD mark and during severe driving the fluid will not overflow. The fluid level should be checked on a level surface with the engine off.
