Installation

INSTALLATION - 4.0L

1. Check condition of sensor O-ring.

2. Carefully twist sensor (2) into timing gear cover (4).

3. Install sensor mounting bolt (3). Refer to Torque Specifications.

4. Connect electrical connector (1) to CMP sensor.

5. Install generator.
