Timing Belt Tensioner Pulley Assembly 61 Nm (45 Ft.Lbs.)
Timing Belt Tensioner 28 Nm (250 In.Lbs.)

TIMING GEAR/SPROCKET

Install NEW sprocket attaching bolts into place. The 255 mm (10 in.) bolt is to be installed in the left camshaft and the 213 mm (8 3/8 in.) bolt is to be installed into the right camshaft.

Camshaft Sprocket 102 Nm (75 Ft.Lbs.) +90° turn

TIMING COVER

Front Timing Cover

Tighten the timing cover bolts as follows:
- M6 bolts - 12 Nm (105 in.lbs.)
- M8 bolts - 28 Nm (250 in.lbs.)
- M10 bolts - 54 Nm (40 lbs.ft.)

Rear Timing Cover





Install rear timing belt cover (4). Tighten bolts to the following specified torque:
- M10 (2, 5) - 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.)
- M8 (1) - 28 Nm (20 ft. lbs.)
- M6 (3) - 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.)
