Sensor, Accelerator Pedal Position: Installation: Installation
CAUTION:
The accelerator pedal and mounting nuts need to be torque in a mandatory torque sequence or damage could result to the pedal assembly.
- Install the accelerator pedal onto the mounting studs. Tighten the nuts in a mandatory torque sequence to 16 N.m (142 in. lbs.).
- Connect the accelerator pedal position sensor harness connector.
- Connect the negative battery cable.
- Use a scan tool and perform the APPS RELEARN function.
