There are two Radio Receiver Modules (RRM) available in this vehicle, Uconnect® 3 with 5 inch display and Uconnect® 3 NAV with 5 inch display. Both RRMs have the same chassis design and are identified by unique sales codes for each. The difference between the two RRMs is navigation being embedded in and steering wheel audio controls available with the Uconnect® 3 NAV radio.

The RRM includes the following features:

Hardwired circuitry connects the RRM to the electrical system of the vehicle. These hardwired circuits are integral to several wire harnesses, which routes throughout the vehicle and retained by many different methods. These circuits may be connected to each other and to the vehicle electrical system through the use of a combination of soldered splices, splice block connectors, and many different types of wire harness terminal connectors and insulators. Refer to the appropriate wiring information. The wiring information includes wiring diagrams, details of wire harness routing and retention, connector pin-out information and location views for the various wire harness connectors, splices and grounds. For proper wire repair, and connector repair procedures. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE , REMOVAL and INSTALLATION .

The RRM cannot be adjusted or repaired. If the RRM is damaged or ineffective, it must be replaced.
