TDC Sensor Check

Disconnect connector to TDC sensor. Measure resistance across connector terminal pins of sensor. Resistance should be 100-200 ohms. Measure resistance from connector terminals to ground, there should be infinite resistance. Replace TDC sensor if not to specification. Measure distance from flywheel to TDC sensor. Distance should be .040 ±.002 in (1.0 ±mm)
