Test 2: Checking Set Switch

  1. Turn ignition switch to ON position. Using a voltmeter, connect voltmeter leads between Electronic Cruise Control Unit (ECU) connector terminal No. 17 (Red wire) and ground.
  2. Press cruise control SET switch on and then off. Voltmeter should read zero volts when cruise control SET switch is on and battery voltage when cruise control SET switch is off.
