Test SC-3A - Checking Speed Control Set/Resume Switch

NOTE: Perform TEST SC-1A before proceeding.

Disconnect 2-pin SET/RESUME switch connector (located behind speed control SET/RESUME switch). Connect a jumper wire between 2-pin speed control SET/RESUME switch connector terminals.
Turn ignition on. Using scan tool, read speed control switch voltage. If voltage is one volt or more, repair open speed control switch signal circuit Red/Light Green wire. Perform TEST SC-VER. If voltage is less than one volt, replace speed control SET/RESUME switch. Perform TEST SC-VER.
