  1. Connect the scan tool.
  2. Check vehicle for DTCs.
  3. Clear all stored DTCs.
  4. Turn car OFF then ON and confirm DTCs are gone.
  5. Perform the PCM/ECM PROGRAMMING procedure using appropriate manufacturer data. and.
