Intermittent Signal Check

  1. Check for continuity between ground and RED/YEL wire at wiper/washer switch connector. If continuity is not present, replace wiper/washer switch. If continuity is present, proceed to next step.
  2. Check for continuity between ground and RED/YEL wire at interval governor connector. If continuity is not present, repair RED/YEL wire between wiper/washer switch and interval governor. If continuity is present, replace interval governor.
