OFF Circuit

On Escort and Tracer, connect voltmeter between circuit No. 356 (Red/Yellow wire) and ground. On all other models, connect voltmeter between circuit No. 151 (Light Blue/Black wire) and ground. Depress and hold cruise control OFF button. Voltmeter should drop to zero, indicating circuit is shut off. If voltage does not drop to zero, perform CONTROL SWITCHES  test under COMPONENT TESTS. If voltage drops to zero, switches are okay. Install a known good amplifier and retest circuit.
