Window Regulator & Motor
- Remove door trim panel. Disconnect motor connector. Disconnect regulator mechanism from motor. Supply power to motor lead connector with an ammeter in series.
- Operate motor and observe current draw. Current draw for a no-load test should not exceed 4 amps, and should not fluctuate. Reversal of motor wire connectors will reverse direction of motor rotations. Replace motor rotation if current draw exceeds 4 amps.
