Bench Testing: Brushes

Inspect brushes. Replace brushes if worn to wear limit line. Use a spring pressure gauge to push each NEW brush into its holder until 0.08-0.12" (2-3 mm) projects from holder. Spring force should be about 13 ozs. If spring force is not as specified, replace brush spring.
