Solenoid Test

Disconnect wiring and cables from solenoid. Check for continuity between terminal "M" and body of starter solenoid. Check for continuity between starter solenoid terminals "M" and "S". Continuity should exist. Ensure no continuity exists between starter solenoid terminals "B" and "M". If continuity is not as specified, replace solenoid.
