Spark Plug: Testing and Inspection

Cleaning the spark plugs is not a recommended practice. If you cannot replace the spark plugs use the following procedure:

- Before cleaning, inspect the spark plug insulators and electrodes for indications of oil fouling, rich fuel mixture, or burns. Replace if damaged.

- Clean the spark plugs with a wire brush.
