Unable To Enter Self-Test (1999 Models)

Using NGS tester, attempt to communicate with ABS control module. If tester communicates with ABS module, replace ABS module. If tester does not communicate with ABS module, go to NO COMMUNICATION WITH ABS CONTROL MODULE (1999 MODELS) .
