Confirm concern. Check the following for possible cause of malfunction:

Malfunctioning switch. See MASTER SWITCH under COMPONENT TESTS.
Open or shorted circuit. Check circuits between master switch and single switch.
Power or ground circuits open or shorted.
Faulty one-touch down module.
