REMOVAL

CAUTION: Do not take the front half of the transmitter apart.

The keyless entry remote transmitter is powered by one coin-type, 3-volt lithium battery. To remove the battery, the transmitter comes apart by twisting a thin coin between the two halves of the transmitter. Then remove the battery.

INSTALLATION
When installing the new battery, be sure to place the positive side down as marked. Snap the two halves back together.
