Engine Controls - Self-Diagnostics - EEC-V - CNG, Flex-Fuel & Gasoline: Introduction

NOTE: This article covers CNG, gasoline and flex-fuel vehicles with EEC-V systems only. For Bi-Fuel (CNG and GASOLINE, or LPG and GASOLINE) vehicles with EEC-V systems, go to SELF-DIAGNOSTICS - EEC-V (BI-FUEL) article.

Perform all basic diagnostic procedures in appropriate BASIC DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURES article. If no fault is found while performing basic diagnostic procedures, proceed with self-diagnostics.
